Take action towards building a life you want to lead
Wellness, with a focus on action
Willow Living Strategies was started by Christina Sorgi, a licensed Professional Counselor and therapist, as well as certified life coach, and 500 hour trained yoga instructor.
My philosophy is that your pursuit of wellness is valid, achievable, and ever changing. It requires action on your part, in order to identify, balance, and maintain. However, what ‘action’ looks like is incredibly varied and sometimes requires a bit of support to identify.
Action can mean leaning into support systems around you, instead of pushing them away.
Maybe it means taking the time you keep avoiding by saying “I’ll get to that later.”
Maybe action is a moment/day/week of rest, when your nervous system used to pushing nonstop.
Maybe action means taking accountability for the hard choices.
Or maybe action means asking for help, when you aren’t sure where to start.
Whatever the challenge is, there is a support for you. And whatever action means for you, we can find it.
Resilience as a model
At the heart of all our work, is the willow mentality: resiliency in shifting environments, and finding ways for you to thrive, in balance with the many needs that exist in your life.
Our Services
Online or in-person(limited), this is designated for individuals to process and explore their mental health challenges. Sometimes these are really big challenges. Sometimes they are not. Your mental health and wellbeing deserve care, attention, and focus regardless. There is help, and you deserve to receive it.
I focus the majority of my work on assisting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and women’s issues, couples’ counseling, as well as helping people to manage and reduce anxiety, depression, somatic disregulation, and relational challenges.
Available in different packages and offerings, our coaching sessions are designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals, and identify the most effective behaviors to support the life you want.
When there are challenges ahead of you, but they fall outside the space of clinical care, that’s where coaching has got your back. See our FAQ for more information on whether coaching or counseling might fit your needs better.
Whether it is figuring out the right meal plan to support your goals, or identifying the right movement and exercise plan, we’ve got your back (literally sometimes!).
Learn how exercise can be fun and challenging, as well as inspiring and of benefit to your mental health!

How this all works…
Sometimes you go it alone, and sometimes you need a team!
Willow Living Strategies is my one stop shop, to find information about all of the things I do, and how to connect with me to get started.
But I don’t do everything, or even most things, alone! I am a strong believer in the power of consultation, support, community, and resourcing. For some services, you’ll be working with me directly and exclusively. For some services, you’ll be working with me, as a member of a team of powerful individuals. One of these is not better than the other.
There is a whole great big world out there, and when we demand that we do it all alone, we miss out on so many opportunities to grow beyond what we thought possible. When we refuse to lean into our own strengths and trust ourselves, we miss out on opportunities to feel empowered and be in control of our own destiny. Everyone’s threshold for both of these options is different, and yet I am still a firm believer that we need both!
