Yoga as a holistic practice

Whether in class or private instruction, physical movement or spiritual connection, I hold care and respect at the heart of all of my yoga practicing, and teaching. Even when it’s just movement, it’s never ‘just’ movement. We find the yoga on-the-mat moments together, so we can create the yoga off-the-mat moments when we step into our lives outside the studio.

Class Opportunities

Mana Power Yoga

Thursdays, 9:30am

Yoga 1

Slower paced practice, designed for beginners, injury recovery, or those who desire more space to explore poses with a focus on body alignment

2-3 breaths per asana

Saturdays, 9am

Yoga 2

Mixed level vinyasa style practice designed for experienced practitioners, or beginners with established body awareness.

1-2 breaths per asana

Workshops:

Take a workshop with me at a studio, or get together a group of people and book your own workshop! Some of my most requested workshops are arm balancing and inversion, making your own mala, and trauma informed yoga learning and classes.
